Delivery Attempts, Signatures & Safe Place

Address Changes & PO Boxes

  • Address corrections : Email us within 12 hours of purchase. After dispatch, reroutes may incur courier fees and cause delays.
  • PO Boxes : Express couriers generally cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO; please provide a street address.

Fixtures are packed with protective foam and recyclable outer cartons. Multiple cartons may be used for large fixtures or split shipments.

Damage on Arrival (DOA)

  • Inspect cartons on delivery and retain all packaging.
  • Report visible or concealed damage within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We’ll arrange replacements/parts and handle the courier claim.

  • If tracking stalls or shows delivered but not received, contact us promptly; we’ll open a trace/investigation with the courier.
