What Is Your Return Policy?

We have a 60-day return policy from delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition, and include all components and original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.

Can I Exchange an Item?

We do not accept exchanges unless items arrive damaged or broken. If there are damages, please contact us within 15 days; we will replace damaged parts or the fixture as appropriate.

Can I Return a Customized Fixture?

Customized items are not returnable because they’re made to your specifications, except for manufacturer defects or transit damage. If you’re unhappy with a custom order, email sales@brassleafstudio.com and we’ll try our best to help.

Requesting a Return (RMA)

  1. Email returns@brassleafstudio.com with your order number, reason, and photos if applicable.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and share return instructions (and an RMA number if required).
  3. Pack securely in the original packaging with all components. Items damaged in return transit due to poor packing may be ineligible.

Note: Original shipping is not refundable unless due to our error. For international orders, VAT/duties paid to local authorities are typically non-refundable.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Banks/card issuers typically post within 3–10 business days.

Arrived Damaged? What to Do

  • Retain all packaging.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@brassleafstudio.com with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We’ll arrange replacements/parts and manage any courier claim (we may request extra photos/video to speed resolution).

Duties/VAT & International Returns

  • United States: We cover US duties/tariffs on incoming shipments. If you return an item, those duties are not charged to you.
  • Other countries: Local VAT/duties/taxes paid to customs/carriers are usually non-refundable. Check with your local authority.
