Order Flow

  1. Choose : Select your fixture, finish, and size.
  2. Customize : Add notes for drop length, socket type, or color (HEX/CMYK). For complex customs, email info@brassleafstudio.com.
  3. Checkout : Enter shipping and payment details; you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
  4. Production : We build your made-to-order fixture (typical production 5–12 days; complex customs 3–4 weeks).
  5. Express Shipping : Free via DHL / FedEx / UPS (no slower services). Transit typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Accepted Methods

  • Cards : Major debit/credit cards.
  • Digital wallets : Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay (where available).
  • Installments : Shop Pay Installments / PayPal Pay Later (availability varies by region).
  • Wire / Bank Transfer : For wholesale & trade; contact us for details.

All payments are processed securely. We may use 3-D Secure, AVS, or other verification tools to prevent fraud.

  • Price adjustments : If your item goes on sale on our site within 3 days of purchase, we’ll refund the difference.

Change or Cancel an Order

Email info@brassleafstudio.com with subject “CHANGE OF ORDER” within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, changes may affect timing/cost; we’ll do our best to help.

Address corrections : Email us within 12 hours. After dispatch, carriers may charge a reroute fee and delivery could be delayed.

Invoices & Business Purchases

  • Invoice : Your order confirmation email acts as a receipt. Request a formal invoice by emailing info@brassleafstudio.com with your order ID and billing details.
  • Wholesale/Trade : We can invoice for wire transfer and offer sea freight for large consignments (~45 days, Incoterm C&F on request).

Refunds & Disputes

Refund Timing & Method

  • Approved refunds : Issued to the original payment method. Banks may take 3–10 business days to post.
  • Custom items : Customized/personalized items are not returnable except for manufacturer defects or transit damage.
  • Duties/VAT : Fees paid to your local authority are typically non-refundable.
