Product Care

We believe in minimum maintenance and care, that's why most of our products are manufactured using Quality Raw Material, Long Lasting Finishes and are protected by Premium Lacquer that does not require any harsh chemicals for cleaning.

  • Use either dry cloth or dusters for cleaning metal parts and crystals
  • Do not use detergents or any mental-cleaning products
  • Always use professional help for fitting and for electrical/technical problems

Ordering & Payments

What are the accepted methods of payment?
We accept all major credit credits such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon, Google Pay, Shop Pay and BLS issued gift cards.
It is safe to provide my credit card and personal information online?
It is absolutely safe to use your credit card on our website. All sensitive information is transferred using the same encryption and physical security used by financial institutions.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please email info@brassleafstudio.com within 12 hours of making your purchase with the subject line of this email must-read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' and our team will get back to you shortly. Please note that if you wish to cancel your order after it has already been processed, we do not levy any cancellation fee.
Do you have a price match guarantee?
Our Price Match Guarantee is valid for 3 days from the date of your purchase. If the same product goes on sale on the website, simply reach out and we will gladly refund the difference. Please keep in mind that our products are sold exclusively through the Brass Leaf Studio website. Therefore, Brass Leaf Studio does not offer price matches against any 3rd party sellers.

Shipping & Delivery

How long is your processing time?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. All orders will be processed within 2-7 business days after the date that the order was placed and shipped out in the next 1-3 business days. Please note we do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please reach out to us if you don't receive a shipping confirmation within 10 business days after placing your order.
How long is your shipping time?
You can expect your package to arrive in 5-20 business days depending on the shipping method, product(s), and your location. For more details regarding the shipping time, please refer to our Shipping Policy. 
Express Shipping: 5-10 Business Days 
Standard Shipping: 10-20 Business Days.
Can I get my order faster?
Yes, you can! Please select priority processing and express shipping to get your order(s) processed and shipped faster! Additional costs will apply.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received. The item must be unused, and it should include all items that were in the original package. All items must be returned in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Items returned within 30 days will be eligible for a refund back to the original method of payment.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not accept exchanges unless they are damaged/broken, if there are damages to the fixtures, please reach out to us within 15 days and we will help replace any damaged parts or the fixture based on the situation. 
Can I return a customized fixture?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized orders as they are tailor made to the customer’s specific needs/preferences. If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us via email at sales@brassleafstudio.com and we will try our best to help!

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@brassleafstudio.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How do I customize my order?
Please email us at info@brassleafstudio.com and inquire about your customization request. Our customer care team will review the the customization request. Once confirmed, you can place the order and send us an email with the order ID to confirm the final customization request. Things that we can usually customize include color of the fixture, hanging lengths, size/number of lights, dimmable options and more.
Can I purchase parts from you?
Yes, you can! We offer replacement parts or bulbs to our customers. Just reach out to us by email at info@brassleafstudio.com or through contact page.
