Yes—every product is produced on order. Typical production is 5–12 days; complex or fully custom pieces are 3–4 weeks. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Yes—we ship to customers around the globe. Express only.
We’ll email tracking upon dispatch. Express transit is typically 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier operations.
Yes—most fixtures are dimmable when paired with dimmable bulbs and a compatible leading-edge or trailing-edge dimmer.
Yes. Request a swivel canopy or angled adapter during ordering so the fixture hangs plumb.
We can provide additional downrods or chain. Share your ceiling height and target hang height.
Our fixtures are intended for indoor use unless specified. For bathrooms or covered patios (damp areas), ask us to confirm suitability. Outdoor exposure voids warranty unless noted.
We can share finish guidance and color-match using HEX or CMYK references. Minor tone variations occur on brass substrates. Finish sample chips may be available on request.
Email info@brassleafstudio.com with subject “CHANGE OF ORDER” within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, changes may affect timing/cost; we’ll do our best to help.
Please email info@brassleafstudio.com within 12 hours of ordering to correct addresses. After dispatch, carriers may charge a reroute fee and delivery could be delayed.
Express couriers may require a signature. If delivery is missed, the courier will reattempt or hold at a pickup location. Fees from storage/returns due to unclaimed parcels may be billed to the customer.
Express couriers generally cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Large orders may ship in multiple cartons with separate tracking numbers.
Shipments are insured. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product; we’ll handle replacements and the claim process.

We provide a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Excludes bulbs, normal finish aging/patina, improper installation, incorrect voltage, or third-party modifications.
We offer trade/wholesale pricing and can ship large consignments by sea freight to substantially reduce cost. Typical sea transit is about 45 days (route-dependent). We can quote schedules, documentation, and Incoterm C&F on request.
We use secure payment gateways and may run fraud checks (e.g., 3-D Secure). If a payment is flagged, we might request additional verification to protect you and us.
We prioritize durable construction and spare parts to extend product life. Packaging uses recyclable materials where possible and protective foam only as needed.
