- Clean and safe to handle. Inadequate packing/missing parts may lead to refusal or deductions.
How to start a return or replacement (RMA)
- Email sales@brasleafstudio.com with order #, name, phone, address.
- State reason: Damaged / Defective / Incorrect / Change-of-mind / Exchange.
- For damage/defect, attach photos: outer box (all sides), inner packaging, issue close-ups, and shipping label.
- We’ll reply with an RMA and instructions. Unapproved returns may be refused.

- Damage/defect/incorrect: we cover return shipping or arrange pickup.
- Change-of-mind/exchange: you cover return shipping. We can provide a prepaid label and deduct its cost from the refund if you prefer.

Refused/undeliverable

Warranty & bulbs
Fixtures include a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use. Bulbs are not included unless noted. Using incorrect bulb type or exceeding recommended wattage may void warranty.

- Made-to-order (standard items): production time is 7–10 business days from order confirmation/payment. We dispatch immediately after production completes.
- Customized items: may require a longer production window. We’ll share the exact timeline during order discussion and confirm by email/invoice.
- Orders placed after the daily cutoff or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Transit times (after dispatch)
- Typical delivery window: 3–7 working days with DHL/FedEx/UPS.
- Rural/remote areas or weather/security events may add extra days.

- Fixtures ship in protective packaging. Multiple items may ship separately; each box gets its own tracking number.
Missed delivery, refusal, or wrong address (no re-dispatch)
- If a parcel is returned to us as refused, unclaimed, or due to an incorrect/insufficient address, it will not be dispatched again.
- We will issue a refund to the original payment method minus two-way shipping (outbound + carrier return charges) and any applicable carrier fees.
- If the order qualified for promotional/free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- For made-to-order/custom items, additional deductions may apply per our Return Policy if the item is not in resaleable condition.
Damages, loss & what to do
- Inspect the outer box on arrival. If damaged, photograph the box, inner packaging, and the item before fully unboxing.

My initial shipment got mixed up with another DHL order and the vendor worked non-stop to rectify the situation. The sconce lamps were eventually received in perfect condition - very high quality and definitely worth the wait! The color is as pictured and the brushed brass adds the perfect amount of warmth. The light is just as pictured. It's fantastic and has brightened up our kitchen. We put it on a dimmer because all of the lights can make it pretty bright. It's gorgeous and a real pleaser! We painted a turquoise accent wall behind the light and the two colors compliment each other really well. Highly recommend this beautiful light!
This light is very pretty! The part that connects to the ceiling isn't raw brass like the rest of the fixture which isn't a huge deal and I kept it because it overall looks amazing in my dining room.
